The Application Process
The process at Jericho Manor Apartments in Abingtion, PA is very simple. After you complete the application and submit it to the Resident Manager with the application fee and “good faith deposit”, we will run your credit through a reputable credit service. Our company policy is to let you know that your application has been accepted or denied within two business days, however most applications are decided within a matter of hours.
After your application has been approved, you have three business days to decide whether or not you would like the apartment. As a matter of convenience for you, the tenant, Jericho Manor holds onto your good faith deposit during this time. After the third business day, if we have not heard otherwise, we will deposit the check and begin your lease.
The lease must be signed before you move into your new home at Jericho Manor Apartments. The lease is a standard apartment lease similar to what you find at any other apartment communities in Pennsylvania.
